Approve Center ��͹��ѵ� �Է��㹡��͹��ѵ� �к�͹��ѵ�

Approval can be done in more than 1 level.
Approve Substitute can be set.
In case if there’s more than 1 level of approval, after the first approver has approved system will send e-mail to the next approver to make him/her aware of it immediately.

You can approve documents from menu ‘Approve Center’ to reduce time.
You can check the documents that you want to approve in ‘Approve Center’.
You can select views of Quotation if you want see the documents which are waiting for approval or the ones that have been approved already.
After approving, system will display the status ‘Approve’ to let the sales person knows immediately for further sales process.
